The goal is to help the Community Based Organizations use its human and financial resources more effectively and to deliver high quality programs services to the community. This hands-on workshop will highlight the critical elements and best practices in business planning for CBOs in Wood Buffalo. You will be able to fast track your business planning process and share your success with peers.
