Cross Cultural Parenting Program
The Multicultural Association of Fort McMurray Presents Cross Cultural Parenting Program in partnership with in partnership with the HUB Family Resource Centre
The Cross Cultural Parenting Program is designed to equip parents with skills and knowledge on parenting in Canada. The program offers a practical Cross Cultural Parenting experience drawn from a widely varied set of Canadian life styles. On completion parents are expected to be empowered so as to understand how to raise children in the Canadian environment.
This six weeks program begins on Friday, August 17th 2012. Classes will be held every Friday and Saturday from 6.00 pm to 8.30 pm. The program will be facilitated by Taiwo Adetowobu and Helen Ambali. Certificate of completion will be awarded. Day care services are provided.
This is a community program aimed at building strong unity in diversity through family institution.
