Alberta Foundation for the Arts - Healthy Agencies Toolkit

The Alberta Foundation for the Arts (AFA) encourages arts organizations to balance good governance practices and fiscal responsibility while maintaining their artistic mandate.

The Healthy Agencies Toolkit is being developed as an ongoing initiative to help arts organizations maintain and increase their capacity in governance, financial accountability, and planning.

This toolkit includes access to templates and information about:

   - Financial Reporting and a Common Financial Form
   - Governance Statements
   - Self-Teaching Resources on Governance
   - Fiscal Responsibility and a Fair Notice Policy
