The Community Guide to Recreation, Culture & Social Services is published twice a year to provide:
- free advertising opportunity for non-profit community organizations to promote their recreation and cultural activities and facilites in the Wood Buffalo Region;
- free directory listing for social service agencies in the Wood Buffalo Region.
Profit-making individuals or commercial organizations offering recreation and cultural services are also welcome to advertise at a reasonable rate: $50 for a half-page.
