I had the pleasure of attending the ballet this Saturday. It was a fantastic show! I loved the way it was like a ballet sampler - they did short presentations (15 - 18min dances) in different styles. The Artistic Director of the company spoke in between each dance - giving the audience a background of the dance to come, explaining the style, music and history of that particular ballet. It was fantastic! I loved the 'North Shore' dance - which was more 'contemporary'.
