WBAF Annual General Meeting
A message from Megan Storrar from the WBAF:
The Wood Buffalo Artists Forum (WBAF) is hosting a party for all visual artists and visual art appreciators in town on Saturday, June 23rd. It is time we all get in one place for some networking and a little meet and greet event. It is a potluck and will be located at the Golden Years Society building downtown. I hope you’ll be able to make it. Please pass this along to anyone else you can think of who may like to attend. Artists of all ages are welcome.
Thanks,
Megan Storrar

Ian Hill returns to Wood Buffalo March 19, 2012
As some of you know, Ian
Hill has been kind enough to agree to come back to Wood Buffalo to continue our
conversation from the “Leading the North” conference. While we have him
in the region, it was important to Ian and to ourselves that he got to spend
some time with our youth. Therefore it will be a jam packed week with visits to
both our north and south rural areas, several of our High schools and Keyano College .
Aside from our youth we also wanted to ensure that the volunteers who serve
this region had the opportunity to meet Ian and learn some of his unique
philosophies on giving back and how Volunteers are the heart of any community.
Please join us for an
evening of Celebration, Inspiration and Dialogue
