If you are, or anyone you know, is interested in being a vendor at the 2015 Fort McMurray Urban Market we are hosting an information session:

Tonight, 5:30pm-6:30pm

Jubilee Building (City Hall), first floor – 9909 Franklin Ave.

During the meeting we will:

1.       Have application forms available.

2.       Guide you through the application process and the requirements to be a vendor.

3.       Provide guidance on how to be a successful vendor.

4.       Answer any questions you may have.

5.       Inspire you to make the market even more exciting and successful!

Vendors Wanted!

If you're a baker, crafter, farmer, entertainer or anything in between, then City Centre would love to hear from you!

City Centre McMurray's goal is to become a vibrant urban community that fosters a rich cultural experience and a sense of belonging for all residents. And the Urban Market certainly fits the bill, bringing fresh locally-prepared food, home-baked goods, crafted gifts and more to the downtown core.

The 2013 pilot Urban Market was a huge success and an instant community favourite. With the enthusiasm of our vendors and the support of our community, the Urban Market is returning to the City Hall, 9909 Franklin Avenue, with a full bi-weekly program from June 18 to October 8, 2014.

Westwood Community High School, 221 Tundra Dr, Fort McMurray

An artisan market selling home baking, soap, wood and paper crafts, jewelry, sewing, crochet and knitting, and a variety of original items hand-crafted by local artisans. Food cart and table fees will support students participating in an educational trip to Scotland.

The Dickens Christmas Craft Fair

The Dickens Christmas Craft Fair is the first official local talent handmade craft fair!!! Handmade items only that were made with love. Beautifully made art from photography, glass bead jewelry, floral arrangements, crochet and knitting, sewing, french baking and goods, and the list goes on. 

Purchase many of your Christmas gifts at the Dickens Christmas Craft Fair and support our local talent.

The Fair takes place on November 23rd from 9:00am-2:00pm at the Royal Canadian Legion, 9317 Huggard St. Waterways. Plenty of parking.SEE YOU THERE!!!

Fall Trade Show- Sept 20-22, 2013

Fort McMurray Tourism presents the Fall Trade Show & Market at MacDonald Island Park. You can avoid the line- ups by purchasing your tickets in advance at Fort McMurray Tourism or by phoning 780-791-4336.

Friday, September 20 (from 1 pm to 9 pm)

Saturday, September 21 (10 am to 8 pm)

Sunday, September 22 ( 10 am to 5 pm)

City Centre McMurray Urban Market 2013 Vendor Package- Aug. 28, Sep. 11 & Sep. 25

City Centre McMurray excited to announce that it is holding three pilot markets this year on August 28th, September 11th and September 25th, 2013.  If you would like to have a stall at one or all of the markets, please complete a vendor package and return it ASAP.  Once your completed application is received, you will be informed if you have been approved to participate or not.

Knight Lights Fair Trade Market 2012

Date: November 22nd, 2012
Location: Holy Trinity Catholic High School
Time: 6-10pm

Admission Cost: $5 (you will be given a bag and a treat for your $5 entrance fee)
Payment Info: Cash,(and ATM) Credit, and Debit available this year.
Portraits available: Photos will be available free of charge, set against a professional green screen backdrop of Dr. Seuss scenery.
